REFUND POLICY

A Legal Disclaimer

At Zenvy Commercial Cleaning LLC (“ZENVY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering the highest standard of facility curation. We strive for a "hotel-ready" aesthetic in every workspace we serve. Because our services involve professional labor and specialized, non-toxic products, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. The ZENVY Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not offer traditional monetary refunds for services already performed, your satisfaction is our priority. If any area of your professional office or coworking space does not meet the "ZENVY Standard" discussed during your consultation, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to your facility to rectify the specific area at no additional cost to you.
 
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To maintain our commitment to disruption-free flow and consistent scheduling for all clients, we require advance notice for changes to your service:
 

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment for a full credit toward a future service.

     

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within this window may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost to cover labor and administrative logistics.

     

  • Same-day cancellations/Lock-outs: If our team is unable to access your facility at the scheduled time, the full service fee will be charged.

     

3. eGift Cards
All ZENVY eGift card purchases are final.
 

  • Non-Refundable: Digital gift credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded once the electronic delivery has been processed.

     

  • Transferable: While non-refundable, credits are fully transferable and can be applied to any ZENVY service, including Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out resets, or recurring maintenance plans.

     

4. Deposits and Milestone Payments
For large-scale projects or new contract initiations requiring a deposit (e.g., the 25% payment due at the Design Brief stage or initial supply ordering), these payments are non-refundable as they are used to secure your service date and procure necessary supporting assets.
