Welcome to the Zenvy Commercial Cleaning LLC website. By accessing our site, booking our facility curation services, or purchasing eGift cards, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Refund Policy - the basics
1. Services and Scope of Work
Zenvy Commercial Cleaning LLC (“ZENVY”) provides premium facility curation and professional maintenance for commercial office and coworking spaces.

Standard of Care: We deliver a "hotel-ready" aesthetic using professional-grade, non-toxic products aligned with EPA Safer Choice standards.

Modifications: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be confirmed via a "Service Customization Call" or in writing.
2. Booking and Consultations

Consultations: High-intent clients may book a "Facility Curation Consultation" or "Service Customization Call" through our Wix platform to establish a tailored maintenance plan.

Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate facility details, including square footage and access requirements, to ensure precise quoting and scheduling.
3. Payment Terms

Invoicing: All payments are due according to the schedule established in your service agreement.

Milestones: Large-scale projects or new contract initiations may require a non-refundable deposit (e.g., 25% payment due at the start of the engagement).

Late Payments: ZENVY reserves the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid past the agreed-upon due date.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Advance Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.

Late Cancellation Fees: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

Lock-outs: If our team cannot access the facility at the scheduled time, the client will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
5. eGift Cards and Digital Credits

Final Sale: All ZENVY eGift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Redemption: Digital credits may be applied to any ZENVY service, including deep cleans, move-in/out resets, or recurring plans.

Transferability: Credits are transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Client Obligations

Access: Clients must provide reliable access to the facility at the scheduled service time.

Safety: Clients must ensure the workspace is safe for our team and free of hazardous materials not previously disclosed.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZENVY is fully insured; however, ZENVY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the "ZENVY Standard" of a performed service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to rectify the specific area at no additional cost. We do not offer monetary refunds for completed labor.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos (main, alternate, and submark combinations), and imagery, is the property of Zenvy Commercial Cleaning LLC and protected by copyright laws.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Chicagoland area.
